Seb brings a friendly face, compassionate care, and a whole lot of expertise to the Body Consultancy team. With a background in both musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, Seb treats everything from necks to toes – but thanks to his own experiences with lower limb injuries, he has a special interest in helping people with hip and knee concerns.
Seb’s passion for biomechanics started with his own rehab journey, and he’s since built on that with clinical experience in stroke and Parkinson’s care, even contributing to research on how visual cues impact movement. He refined his skills at Bournemouth University, particularly in gait analysis, and now takes a truly holistic approach to patient care.
With additional qualifications in Personal Training, Level 3 Sports Massage, and Nutrition, Seb doesn’t just treat injuries – he empowers you to feel stronger, move better, and stay active. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, aiming to stay pain-free, or looking to improve your performance, Seb’s got you covered.
Outside the clinic, Seb is a sports enthusiast. He plays golf and tennis, keeps up with football, and trains regularly – always testing the exercises he recommends. He also enjoys running and cycling, especially outdoors.
Above all, Seb is a devoted dad to his daughter and values family time deeply. After losing his mum last year, he’s more driven than ever to make a meaningful impact by helping others live healthier, happier lives through movement and exercise.
