I am a 300-hr certified yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. I am also a Menopause Yoga accredited teacher, a children’s yoga teacher and a Level 2 Reiki practitioner. I have been teaching yoga for the past nine years and the style of yoga I teach is predominantly Hatha-based but sprinkled with elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa teachings, from which I take my inspiration. I am passionate about yoga and its benefits and my greatest motivator is to help others live healthier, more fulfilling, pain-free lives through the magic of movement and yoga.
