Katie

Katie is a chiropractor at Body Consultancy. Originally from Bristol, she holds a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from the Health Sciences University (formerly AECC University College), alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Swansea University, completed in 2022.

A national-level 400m athlete, Katie has also represented Great Britain in Target Sprint a demanding sport combining air-rifle shooting and running competing at world-class international events. Her passion for chiropractic care stems from her own experiences with sports-related injuries, which inspired her to help others overcome pain and injury.

Katie understands the physical and emotional impact pain can have on everyday life and values the importance of meaningful, personal goals — whether that’s regaining confidence on the stairs or returning to the activities you love. She takes a holistic approach to care, focusing on improving function to relieve pain and support long-term recovery.

Alongside her clinical work, Katie remains actively involved in chiropractic research. Most recently, she completed research into psychosocial factors associated with neck pain recovery, which she presented at both an international healthcare conference and the British Chiropractic Association Conference.

Outside of the clinic, Katie enjoys training hard on the track or in the gym and unwinding by the beach. She is passionate about inspiring others to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
