SESSIONS involve A COMBINATION OF CARDIO AND STRENGTH BASED EXERCISES that get your heart
& MUSCLES pumping & feet moving. It’s an
excellent way to boost your overall health AND HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS, plus
plenty of endorphins are released, leaving you feeling happy and less stressed.

Typically, interval training involves bursts OF HIGH INTENSITY EXERCISES FOLLOWED BY A RECOVERY
PERIOD IN BETWEEN. WORKING IN THE ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD OF TRAINING FOCUSSING ON FAT
LOSS AND MUSCULAR STRENGTH. DURING OUR HIIT SESSION YOU’LL BE working AROUND 80%-
100% OF YOUR MAXIMUM HEART RATE. ONE OF THE best thingS about HIIT training is that you
don’t have to have loads of equipment. Bodyweight exercises such as pull ups, jump squats, sprints,

and sit-ups work just as EFFECTIVELY TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM RESULTS.

HIIT training is great if you want to build a healthy heart, improve your fitness, and reduce your

cholesterol, blood pressure, and fat.

Ella will be running the HIIT classes every Monday evening at 19.15pm in our Ringwood Studio.
These classes are DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT TO PUSH THEMSELVES OUTSIDE THEIR

Functional fitness helps to improve stability, mobility and strength by focusing on your everyday
body movements. THE ETHOS BEHIND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS IS HELPING YOU STAY FITTER FOR LONGER.

FEEL LIKE THIS CLASS MAY BE OF BENEFIT TO YOU? JOIN US. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS focuses on KEY
EXERCISES INCLUDING squatting, pulling, lifting (maybe describe this as something a little more
gentler so we don’t scare off the over 70’s) AS WELL AS MOBILITY AND BALANCE exercises, AIDING
DAILY TASKS. THIS WILL BENEFIT Everyday movements including sitting down and then standing up,

picking up objects off the floor or reaching high up and stretching your body.
