SESSIONS involve A COMBINATION OF CARDIO AND STRENGTH BASED EXERCISES that get your heart

plenty of endorphins are released, leaving you feeling happy and less stressed.
Typically, interval training involves bursts OF HIGH INTENSITY EXERCISES FOLLOWED BY A RECOVERY
PERIOD IN BETWEEN. WORKING IN THE ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD OF TRAINING FOCUSSING ON FAT
LOSS AND MUSCULAR STRENGTH. DURING OUR HIIT SESSION YOU’LL BE working AROUND 80%-
100% OF YOUR MAXIMUM HEART RATE. ONE OF THE best thingS about HIIT training is that you
don’t have to have loads of equipment. Bodyweight exercises such as pull ups, jump squats, sprints,
and sit-ups work just as EFFECTIVELY TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM RESULTS.

Ella will be running the HIIT classes every Monday evening at 19.15pm in our Ringwood Studio.
