Yoga Zoom Classes

To help with everyone’s wellbeing, and to help manage stress levels, we are starting two FREE yoga classes per week over Zoom!!

The classes are open to anyone interested, and will be on a Monday morning at 07.00 AM, and on a Friday evening at 06.00 PM.

Yoga not only improves strength and flexibility; it can help with relaxation which in turn can aid sleep. Not to forget it can also help correct posture, and tone and stretch muscles.
