Connie Gannon

Degree in Sports & Exercise Science

As someone who has always been intrigued in the biomechanical and physiological aspect to human anatomy and movement, I have a strong passion in rehabilitation and exercise. After completing an undergrad in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Surrey, I have decided to pursue a career in Chiropracting, which I am in the process of completing at the AECC college in Bournemouth.

Over the last few years, I have gained several certifications in level 2/3 personal training, level 1 nutrition, and pre/post-natal training. Before moving to England from Canada, I completed my emergency medical response training in paramedics, and have worked alongside Alberta Health of Paramedics.

Having worked as a personal trainer for over 3 years, I have developed a deep understanding on effectiveness and quality of exercise for every person, regardless of their ability or age. Through coaching, I have learnt that alongside a visible transformation, there should be educational empowerment for every client. My area of expertise focuses on rehabilitation and body transformation, and I believe there are many alternatives and opportunities for everyone to thrive and accomplish their end goal.

I have a strong affinity for HIIT, CrossFit, and functional training, and I’ve participated in various CrossFit events, including summer and winter turf games. Whether you’re a newcomer to the gym or recovering from an injury, join me for a session. I take pride in my ability to adapt to your specific needs and desires, as my ultimate passion lies in helping you accomplish your goals, no matter how big or small.
