I’m a keen boxer, and won several county and country amateur titles in my younger days. So when I’m not practising podiatry you’ll still find me taking part in local events.
I love running too – especially the health and fitness benefits it brings. I’ve done quite a few half marathons but have yet to brave the full 26.2!
After obtaining my BSc at Queen Margaret University in 2004, I spent my first five years within the NHS as a podiatrist. After that I worked for the next ten years in a private practice around the New Forest.
It’s important to me to stay fully up-to-date with the very latest developments for diagnosing and treating all lower limb complaints – so I’m a regular on courses such as biomechanics and gait analysis.
I’m really happy to be part of a great team of practitioners helping our patients and clients to achieve better fitness and mobility.
