Private Medical Insurance

How to use your Private Medical Insurance:

• Visit your GP and ask to be referred to see a Private Chiropractor
• You may need a letter of referral to send on to your Insurance Company
• Telephone your Health Insurance Company
• You will need your Policy number, tell them you have been referred to see a Chiropractor by your GP
• They will advise you how many Sessions of Treatment or a Monetary value you are entitled to
• You will be given an Authorisation Number
• Telephone us to book your appointment letting us know that the Fees are to be billed directly to your Insurance Company

On your first visit please provide us with the following:

• Name, address and telephone number of Health Insurance Company
• Policy Number
• Authorisation Number
• Number of Sessions of Treatment provided under your scheme or the monetary value allowed
• Date of renewal of your Health Insurance Policy. If you do not know this we can request these details from your insurer

We will then be able to invoice the Private Health Insurance Company direct for your treatments.
