Gaynor trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, graduating with Excellence in 1995. Since then, she has regular updated her professional skills;

• Postgraduate training from the US Institute for Functional Medicine
• Basic and advanced training in analysis of metabolic types and treatment protocols with the eminent nutritionist Dr. Harold J. Kristal in California
• Celloid mineral therapy course
• Attendance certificates - digestive/intestinal, hormonal, stress related conferences.

Gaynor brings many years of experience in busy practices in Kent, East Sussex, and Dorset, as well as seven years in private practice at Beadle House Clinic Medical Diagnostic Clinic, Sevenoaks, Kent. She specialises in digestive and intestinal disorders

She is a Member of the Complementary Medical Association and is registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, an assurance that she is fully qualified, professionally insured and bound by strict codes of ethics and practice.

Medical referral

Nutritional Therapy is becoming increasingly well regarded by GPs, who recognise the benefits of an holistic approach to achieving good healthcare results. Referrals are currently on a private basis, but we look forward to full integration into the NHS framework in the future.

Medical training does not include in-depth study of nutritional medicine. We expect this situation to change soon as nutrition becomes accepted as the foundation of good health.
